Siblings spared gallows, sentenced to 33 years in prison for murder of blind spouse

PUTRAJAYA, Aug 14 — A woman and her younger brother escaped the death penalty after the Court of Appeal commuted the death sentence imposed on them to 33 years in prison each for the murder of her blind husband four years ago.
