Anwar first leader to congratulate Prabowo

KUALA LUMPUR, March 21 — Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim became the first leader to congratulate Prabowo Subianto, who was yesterday announced as the official winner of the Indonesian Presidential Election (Pilpres) 2024.
