Vaccine maker BioNTech taken to court in Germany over patent dispute

DUSSELDORF, Aug 16 — German vaccine manufacturer Curevac is suing its competitor BioNTech for damages, accusing the top Covid-19 vaccine maker of patent infringement, reported the German News Agency (dpa).
