CTOS Digital proposes share placement to raise RM270 mln

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 17 — CTOS Digital Bhd has proposed to undertake a share placement to raise RM270 million to pay for the proposed acquisition of a 49 per cent stake Juris Technologies Sdn Bhd and an additional 2.25 per cent stake in Thailand-based Business Online Public Company Limited (BOL).
